We are excited to announce our new Camp Brain portal! With Camp Brain you will be able to register for camp, upload all necessary forms or documents, add funds, and see the balance of your camper’s store account.

All camp registrations including camp families with financial aid, vouchers, or third-party payers will be registering online through the portal. Financial aid applications will also be completed online through the Camp Brain portal, no more paper forms. Each camper is also required to have a physical and immunization record on file prior to the start of camp.

Camp Brain User Accounts
Returning campers already have accounts created in Camp Brain. To claim your account, please reset your password by clicking on “Reset Password” (below the Login button) and typing in your email address. You will receive an email to reset your password. If your email is not recognized please contact us to verify it.

If you have already registered and would like to change or cancel weeks please contact us at campmassapoag@lowellymca.org. Cancellations and moving of weeks cannot be made online.

Membership and Member Pricing
Member pricing is for members of the Greater Lowell YMCA. If you would like member pricing, you can sign up membership by clicking this link: Daxko Online Account. If you need to renew your membership or would like to check the expiration date of your current membership you can click this link and choose the login tab. Payment Policies

  • YMCA Camp Massapoag provides financial aid to qualifying families and accepts Child Care Circuit vouchers and third party agency’s for funding.
  • Registration fees ($35 per camper), deposits ($50 per week) and membership fees (if applicable) are due at the time of registration. 
  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable between siblings.
  • Full payment for the tuition balance is due at least two weeks prior to each week registered.
  • Balances not paid two weeks prior to each week registered will be automatically charged to the card on file.

 

Payment Methods

  • Payments can be processed online or through the Camp Office depending on payment method.
  • We accept credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover), debit card, check, money order or cash. Please write your child’s name on your check or money order. 

 

Session Changes/Cancellations Policies

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to campmassapoag@lowellymca.org; Emails received after camp hours on Friday will not be considered until Monday.
  • Weekly fees are non-refundable & may not be transferable if cancellation is within two weeks. Refunds will only be made in the case of a documented illness of the camper or death of an immediate family member.
  • No refunds will be issued for absences or inclement weather.

 

Changes/Cancellation With Two Weeks Notice or Greater:
If Cancelling Weeks- Refund or credit minus non-refundable Membership fee, Registration fee, and deposits.
If Changing Weeks– Fees may be transferred to new weeks (If space is available).

Changes/Cancellation With Less than Two Weeks Notice:
If Cancelling Weeks- No refund or credit will be given.
If Changing Weeks– Fees may be transferred to new weeks minus non-refundable deposit. (If space is available).

Changes/Cancellation During Week of Camp:
No refund or credit will be given. No fees will be transferred.
