Now Enrolling!
YMCA’s Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program offers personalized support as participants develop the habit of monitoring their blood pressure. The program lasts for four months and encourages participants to measure their blood pressure on a consistent basis. Anyone who has been diagnosed with hypertension qualifies for the program. Participants will record their blood pressure at least two times per month, attend two consultations with a Healthy Heart Ambassador per month, and attend one nutrition seminar each month. All of these can be completed virtually.
