We offer something for everyone, look for our options under the schedules tab. Our land based programs include Zumba, Boot Camp, Pilates, Barre, Low Impact Cardio and Strength, different varieties of Yoga, and even some HIIT style classes. Our water classes include Arthritis Foundation Aqua, Aqua Zumba, Aqua Fitness, and a few other custom formats to challenge our members.
