Work with a certified personal trainer to set goals, develop a customized program and receive individualized attention. Don’t worry about fears or limitations, we will help you work through those. Approval from your doctor may be required prior to training if you have any medical conditions. Please do not register for any personal training sessions or packages before speaking to the Health & Wellness Director.

Interested in losing weight, getting stronger, increasing endurance and toning up? Want the benefit of working with a personal trainer combined with the motivation of working with a group? Sign up for Small Group Training for a more affordable alternative to Personal Training.  Approval from your doctor may be required prior to training if you have any medical conditions. Hybrid Personal Training

Hybrid Personal Training

Revamp your routine with a customized program and professional guidance. This package is designed for an independent exercise enthusiast with a busy lifestyle. You will get a new program every month. Weekly check-ins can include goal setting, program adjustments, and form correction if clients choose to submit videos. We look forward to enhancing your fitness journey. Each package is four weeks long. The first package comes with a free consultation.  Approval from your doctor may be required prior to training if you have any medical conditions. Please do not register for any personal training sessions or packages before speaking to the Health & Wellness Director. 

What’s included?
(1) 60-minute session in person
(3) 15-minute virtual appointments*

*Virtual appointments can be used for guidance such as discussing goals, adjusting the program, checking form, etc.

Cost
$125 for four weeks
$15 for additional check-ins

Hit and Lift

Hit and Lift

Get the best of both worlds! Work with a Certified Personal Trainer who is also experienced in boxing or kickboxing. Each session will offer a combination of pad work, bag work, and/or strength and conditioning. Please do not register for any personal training sessions or packages before speaking to the Health & Wellness Director.
