Manage My Membership

When you log in to your YMCA account, you will be able to register for programs, view and make changes to your membership, update your billing information, schedule a payment, or access your facility usage for insurance or company reimbursement.

Logging In

To access your account:

  • Use the primary email address or phone number associated with your membership.
  • If you’re unsure which contact information is linked to your account, please call the Welcome Center at 978-454-7825 and press 0 for assistance.

 

 

Manage My Account Options

Once logged in, you can:

  1. Register for YMCA programs
  2. View your membership payment history (useful for insurance reimbursements)
  3. Access your donation history
  4. Update your payment method
  5. Update your contact info
  6. Cancel or place your membership on hold

Membership Options

1. Place Membership on Hold

Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 3 months per calendar year. Hold requests must be submitted 30 days prior to your draft date. For medical related holds requiring more than 3 months please contact the Membership Director. Holds can be made in person at the Welcome Desk, online in your Daxko account portal, by fax, or by mail. Hold requests will not be taken by phone.

2. Cancel Membership

For your convenience, online cancellations can be made, effective immediately, up until the day before your draft date by logging into your account and clicking Manage Membership. Please note that this will prevent future charges, but it will not refund or prevent any charges that have already been made for the current month. 

If you choose to request a cancellation, hold, upgrade/downgrade via email, the contact us option, or in person, we will need 30 days to process your request. This is because these requests must be processed manually by staff, and we need time to make those changes.


Important Notes About Cancelling Your Membership:
  1. Program Registrations are not Automatically Cancelled
    Cancelling your membership does not cancel any active program registrations (e.g. swim lessons). You must call or visit the Welcome Center to cancel those separately.
  2. Loss of Member Pricing
    When you cancel your membership, you lose access to member rates for any future programs. These discounted rates will not be locked in after cancellation.  If you choose to cancel before your program concludes, your price will adjust to the non-member rate.

 

*Note: There are third-party companies that falsely claim they can manage changes to your Y membership for a fee. These companies are not affiliated with the Y and often mislead individuals for profit. You never have to pay a change fee or cancel fee for your membership.
