One on One Personal Training
Work with a certified personal trainer to set goals, develop a customized program and receive individualized attention. Don’t worry about fears or limitations, we will help you work through those. Approval from your doctor may be required prior to training if you have any medical conditions. Please do not register for any personal training sessions or packages before speaking to the Health & Wellness Director.

Interested in losing weight, getting stronger, increasing endurance and toning up? Want the benefit of working with a personal trainer combined with the motivation of working with a group? Sign up for Small Group Training for a more affordable alternative to Personal Training. Approval from your doctor may be required prior to training if you have any medical conditions. Hit and Lift
Hit and Lift
Get the best of both worlds! Work with a Certified Personal Trainer who is also experienced in boxing or kickboxing. Each session will offer a combination of pad work, bag work, and/or strength and conditioning. Please do not register for any personal training sessions or packages before speaking to the Health & Wellness Director.
