Tewksbury Day Camps
Tewksbury Day Camps are being held at the Anthony John Rosano Recreation Center for children ages 7-13. This program includes sports, arts and crafts, games, and other activities available at the Recreation Centers facilities that incorporate the YMCA’s core values of Honesty, Respect, Caring and Responsibility.

School Vacations
Registration
To register your child for Tewksbury Day Camps you will need to complete registration online and submit a recent physical (no older than August 21, 2023) and immunization record.

Registrations must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the start of the camp week.

5 Days: $225 per week (per child)
4 Days: $220 per week (per child)
3 Days: $195 per week (per child)
2 Days: $150 per week (per child)
Payments
Payment Policies
- Payments are due at the time of registration.
Session Changes/Cancellations Policies
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Tewksburyprograms@lowellymca.org.
- Weekly fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be made in the case of a documented illness of the camper or death of an immediate family member.
- No refunds will be issued for absences or inclement weather.

Is there transportation?
No, parents must drop off and pick up at the site.
What are the program times?
TDC runs Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:00pm.
Is lunch provided?
No. Children must bring a lunch with them each day. Lunches and snacks must be peanut free. Staff are not able to heat up lunches for children.
What activities are offered?
Arts/crafts, games, outdoor playground, outdoor sports. Activities will vary based on the weather.
How much does it cost?
5 Days: $225 per week (per child)
4 Days: $220 per week (per child)
3 Days: $195 per week (per child)
2 Days: $150 per week (per child)
Is there a sibling discount?
No.

Yes, there is a financial aid application that can be downloaded, completed and submitted to tewksburyprograms@lowellymca.org

What do I need to register?
A recent physical (no older than August 21, 2023), immunization record, and camp fees.
What To Bring
Things to Bring Everyday:
- Lunch (NUT FREE and NO HEAT UP LUNCHES). Be sure to pack ice packs for those lunches requiring refrigeration.
- Water bottles
- Sneakers
- Lifesaving Medications (inhalers, epi-pens, etc.). All medications your child needs daily or in an emergency case MUST be registered with the Camp Coordinator prior to your child’s start of camp. Medications must be in their original packaging and have prescription labels on them.
Things to Leave at Home:
- All expensive items or those of great value (Electronics including cell phones & tablets, money, jewelry, toys). Cell phone use during camp hours is prohibited. Any child caught using a cell phone while at camp will have cell phone taken and locked up in Directors Office until the parent can come and pick up the phone. Repeated offenses could result in suspension of care.
- Absolutely no weapons including toy weapons such as guns or swords.
- Illegal Substances.
- Anything that has nuts.
*Please help us return lost items to you. Mark ALL belongings with your child’s First and Last Name. The YMCA is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
